 HMHF’s definition of account management extends beyond the basic, day-to-day management of an account. We focus on building a positive, attentive relationship with the client by becoming totally integrated into their corporate culture — to include organizational insight and operations. Our resources and capabilities allow us to go beyond standard travel management services in order to reduce costs, increase quality and improve service levels.

Client Specific Vendor Negotiations
Sophisticated technology and consultative expertise, enables HMHF Travel Management Corporation to capture and analyze our clients' data in order to strategically assist with the development of customized and discounted corporate agreements with travel-related vendors, such as, airlines, car rental companies and hotels.

Travel Policy Development / Compliance Management
HMHF’s Corporate Management Team has extensive experience in creating or assisting with the development of client specific travel policies, including:

·        Point of Sale  – Automated travel policy enforcement programs, which allow our agents to monitor each reservation for adherence to company travel policy. 

·      CompuTraqs – HMHF’s mid-office automated quality control & assurance software is programmed to identify custom-tailored policy parameters within each reservation. 

·      RESX - HMHF’s “managed” on-line reservation system identifies and directs the traveler to client specific preferred vendors and choices within the company’s policy parameters. 

Exceptions to policy are captured by “TRAMS,” our back office system and translated into useable management information by our “TravelMan” reporting program.  A specific “Exception Report” is generated for this purpose.
