HMHF’s Corporate
Management Team has extensive experience in
creating or assisting with the development of client
specific travel policies, including:

of Sale
– Automated travel policy enforcement programs, which allow
our agents to monitor each reservation for adherence to
company travel policy.
· CompuTraqs
– HMHF’s mid-office automated quality control & assurance
software is programmed to identify custom-tailored policy
parameters within each reservation.
· RESX
- HMHF’s “managed” on-line reservation system identifies and
directs the traveler to client specific preferred vendors
and choices within the company’s policy parameters.
Exceptions to policy
are captured by “TRAMS,” our back office system and
translated into useable management information by our
“TravelMan” reporting program. A specific “Exception
Report” is generated for this purpose.
